Hi there and welcome to my website! I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and am a graduate of The Juilliard School in New York City. I spent my formative years going to an alternative public school where I planted sunflowers, sang folk songs, and did not learn to do mental math (calculating the tip at restaurants still stresses me out). Some things that are true about me include: I am a lover of New York-style cheesecake, I am a Barnard College grad, and I adore Shakira (did you know she has genius level IQ, speaks 5 languages, and donates gobs of money to education?). After years in NYC and LA, I am thrilled to be home.
". . . and I hope somewhere, some [person] hears my music, and it helps [them] through [their] day."
"Ms. Grier (Goldstein) . . . fills the room with a palpable intensity that comes in waves of determination, bargaining, plotting, loving, groveling, and veracity. Ms. Grier delivers her dialogue, complete with enough monologues to warrant some much-needed sips from her soda can, with a commanding eloquence that makes Mr. Hnath's lines sing with rhythm and intensity."
